Purchase Contract & Negotiate

Island Pacific-REALTORS®agent will explain the Purchase Contract to you upon receipt from a qualified Buyer. We will explain the terms and conditions of the contract and making sure it will be a win-win agreement between Seller and Buyer.

 

 

Closing

We will make sure that all terms and conditions of the Purchase Contract are satisfied between Seller and Buyer and ready for closing. Island Pacific-REALTORS®agent will accompany you at the signing in escrow. On recordation day, we will notify you once we hear recording clearance from escrow.
